BACK COVER COLD HEAT 7/8Here we go again.
For those of you still keeping score this is Cold Heat 7/8. It's chapters 7 and 8 of the original series by BJ and myself. There's two more chapters left. They'll be published as Cold Heat 9/10.
Chapters 7 and 8 are, to me, a sort of bridge. Bringing it back to the focus of the first two issues, Castle is still on anti-depressants even after the big climax of issue 6. Has Senator Wastmor won the war? Is Joel finally dead or just a puppet of the aliens, Kandril and Mufas? Will Castle be able to control her new powers, or slip back into the dream state brought on by her Upliftor medication? Well, tune in, True Believers and find out for yourselves! This double issue ramps up the action again as we prepare for the final showdown!
